My Lil Man Dominic

I thought I'd update on Dominic to while i was still on. He has grown like a weed these past few months and his little attitude has totally changed too. He's a feisty little fellow. His new thing is he likes to scream. He also rolls on the floor when he does not get his way. I've resorted to getting the Jo Frost Super Nanny book, To  help me cope with my toddler. Dom got his first haircut last weekend, it went well, he really didn't want us touching his head though. Also he got his first ride in a playground swing on Monday, and he didn't like that either, he cried :( Here are some pictures:

UPDATE #2 Sunday May 3 2009

So this Sunday has been pretty uneventful. I sat in the bed all day, watching TV, on the computer, Eating. I actually felt better today, barely any back pain and I could breathe better. I've been doing breathing exercises since Friday. Today Zia Sarah and Uncle John brought me my Favorite! Prosciutto sandwich's. That really made my day. My Aunt Maria popped here head in as well this afternoon, and Rob Bought me McDonalds' for dinner with a Starbucks Carmel Macchiato. I think The food sucks here on weekends, yesterday and today's hospital food was horrible. I think it was better during the week for sure. The nurses have been monitoring me every four hours ( Blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature, fetal heart rate) and they give me my prenatal and Prozac everyday. 

So My doctor is coming in tomorrow to check on me, I'm hoping he has something good to tell me, like i can go home on bed rest, or maybe get a shower and a wheelchair ride?. I only had small Braxton Hicks contractions today and i don't think I've dilated any further, I don't think there is much more reason to monitor me so much but we will see, I'm going to post my pictures now I'll update soon

Long Awaited Update

It has been since March since I last updated my blog, I've been really lagging lately. It has been a stressful few months . On the home front we finally decided on a place to move, its a duplex down the road from us now and its cheaper in rent so that will be nice. Our move date is May 31st which is coming up shortly. I have been packing up since the beginning of April, most everything is packed away in the garage already. There is just a little more left to do.So here comes the hard part, The baby tried to come early this week, i was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday evening. I had really bad cramping, and then the Doctor's saw i was 4 centimeters dilated already. They monitored me overnight in L&D then transferred me to 312~ which is basically the waiting wing (ante pardom) so I have been sitting here since Wednesday being monitored. they come in to take my blood pressure, oxygen saturation, baby's heartbeat and temperature every four hours, which gets really tiring after awhile, I have barely gotten any sleep since I've been here. Not to mention they have given me all sorts of Narcotics , I'm going to try and list them all

• IV Fluids
• Zithromax  (antibiotic)
• Erithmyician (antibiotic)
• Zofran (nausea)
• Xanax ( quick fix fro anti crazy pill)
• Prozac ( anti crazy pill)
• Nifedipene   ( contraction stopper)
• steroid ( for baby's lungs, nothing like a shot in the ass)
• Tylenol with codeine ( for my back pain)
• Colace ( makes you poop :)

So its late now and the Xanax finally kicked in and I'm about to fall asleep here, I'm going to finish my rant tomorrow, and hopefully everyone i send the link to reads this!
